Right on the WaterOn the ground floor, a double bedroom and shower room sit just two steps from the living area. Upstairs opens out to a second living room with stunning views, the perfect spot to relax with a book. Here you’ll also find a second double, a spacious king bedroom and a bathroom with both a bath and a separate shower.
Out back, a private garden with two lawns and a Kamado barbecue is made for long summer evenings. Out front, a bench faces the sea. The best seat in Pittenweem.
For quieter evenings in, there’s Sky TV as well as Sky fibre broadband and wifi.
The bench at the front looks straight out over the shore path, the rocks and the Forth.
An island kitchen open to the dining table and living area, so whoever is cooking is still part of the day.
A private back garden with two lawns, a table and chairs and a Kamado barbecue for long evenings.
No 9 sits right in the middle of West Shore, in a prime spot on the seafront. You’ll know it by the two windows either side of the front door, with the West Wynd running down its right-hand side. Step outside and the shore path, rocks and tide are right in front of you.
Take the West Wynd up into the town centre for shops, cafés and local amenities. Or follow the path along the shore to the Pittenweem Tidal Pool, then up to West Braes for crazy golf, putting and a children’s play park.

From the air, West Shore is a line of harbour-village houses facing straight onto the Forth. No 9 is the largest house in the row, with nothing between it and the water but the shore.
It is the East Neuk at its most characterful: working fishing boats, salt air and a stretch of coast made for walking.
Pittenweem looks out over the Firth of Forth from the south coast of Fife. Harbour, galleries, coastal path and some of Scotland's best golf are all close at hand.
